Food is never something to be earned.

Nourishment is a human right.

FYI. “His and Hers”
injectables are NOT approved by the FDA. They spent 8 million spent on a SuperBowl on a fat phobic ad and didn’t mention safety information.

I’m all about people feeling great in their body. And. Those bodies can be any size, don’t let these ads convince you otherwise.

Diet culture want us to believe that we have enormous control over our bodies. That we can easily mold ourselves into any size. Our bodies are not supposed to 'bounce back' after child birth.

Please remember. Our bodies change. Our worth as human beings never change.

Unpopular opinion. You can exercise the same as your favorite “wellness” influencer, you can eat exactly the same foods, at exactly the same time, you can take the same supplements, drink the same bone broth, and meditate the same meditations….AND.

Your body won’t look like hers/his/theirs.

Seeing unhealthy body image patterns in your family and deciding these patterns end with you, and will not be passed down to future generations is an incredibly BRAVE and POWERFUL decision.

Me, as I’m sitting and enjoying my breakfast of yogurt, trail mix, and fruit.

Friend: “You do know that what you’re eating is mostly sugar.”

Me: “I didn’t notice, and neither should you.” #bodyimage #dietculturesucks
