- Been pretty busy lately but still squeezing in time for my personal projects. Managed to paint at least one mini every rest day. And now it’s time to revisit the game. Not with the gray plastics this time. 🙂

My favorite piece from Philippine Scale Model Show - PSMS 2025. No award, but i poured my heart and soul into building it. Captures one of my most loved moments in the entire Gundam series, and now stands proudly on my shelf.

My entry for the local Kyoukai Senki Build-Off, where it took home 2nd place.
I’m really happy with how this custom turned out!

Frieren: Beyond Journey's End Desktop Cute Figure - Frieren
- No mechas today just something a bit different! Here’s a charming desktop figure of Frieren from Taito. Hope you enjoy this small break as much as I did.

Detailed steps:
1. Glued and shaped the foam to create desert mountains, and used epoxy putty for the sand dunes.
2. Covered the surface with PVA glue and baking soda which simulates a fine, scale accurate sand texture.
3. Primed the whole thing.
4. Paint!

Before and After
Clean build this time. This kit is like a blank canvas perfect for custom scribed details.

-An old build, this was my very first attempt at a lot of things. Custom scribing, small plaplate details, adding parts from different kits etc. Fun!

I went for a muted color scheme to simulate a realistic aircraft.(kinda) It’s a little more weathered than I was planning but I’m still satisfied with the outcome.

This was supposed to be a quick build to test my newly repaired airbrush compressor—but of course, it ended up taking way longer than planned. Honestly, I think I ended up putting more love into painting this than I did with the Gundam Deathscythe.

I could technically call this done, but you know we don’t do that here.. LOL!
He’s still missing that final touch - he needs to be sandy and dusty to really bring him to life. More to come!
