Holy hot buttered Christ in a bucket, this was insanely good. Worth several hours in the kitchen over two days. I am wrecked by melt in your mouth wagyu in an ultra reduced wine glaze sauce. All on a bed of buttery mashed potatoes? Fucking. Heaven.
