Is there something in #CSS anchor positioning with fallbacks that allows this pop up to not flow out to the left?

@ishadeed.com any chance your layout course can be pre-purchased before Christmas? My L&D budget expires then 😂

Question for the HTML/CSS folks: is there a browser native way to do a combobox? I want to let the user type a few characters from a recipe title and show partial matches...
At the moment I use FloatingUI to achieve this.
popoverTarget only works for buttons :(

What do people do for a shared digital calendar with a partner/spouse? I want both of us to be able to see and add to it.

@siderolabs.com @justingarrison.com @rawkode.dev Kubernetes question: What would make pods believe they restarted... 55yrs ago? Time seems to be not getting updated right and probably resetting some close 1970 i.e. beginning of unix epoch? But not uniformly? Not sure what I'd check...?

@matthewsanabria.dev 👋 just heard you on the @oxide.computer podcast about writing K8S controllers etc for the Oxide rack in golang. Have you seen github.com/kube-rs/kube ? We use it at work to write controllers in Rust 😊

@steveklabnik.com just contributed to a colleagues PR using jj. So I’m confident I can work on my own and with others! “jj git push” was a bit scary - will I force override their changes?” but it worked like a charm!

@steveklabnik.com I just managed to abandon the change that my upstream was pointing at via bookmark (ignore-immutable 🙈), figure out what was wrong AND recover it all with the op-log.

This is brilliant!

The mistake was abandoning the wrong commit after a merge 😅

@steveklabnik.com any chance we’ll get “5.4 Updating trunk from upstream” for #jj-vcs any time soon? I find that part hella confusing 🤣

I am so concerned about the impact of corporations kowtowing to the American administration by rescinding DEI efforts that I have created a Parliamentary petition to ask the government to only make contracts with organisations where DEI is still active.

Update the government Public Procurement Policy to only allow contracts with organisations that publish a diversity and inclusion policy and how they measure themselves against it.

👋 Is there a way in CSS to style a "shared border between blocks", irrespective of direction? I have 2 blocks that I want to visually separate by a line but they can appear left-right and top-bottom. At the moment I use breakpoints but its kinda clunky...

@heydonworks.bsky.social and @bell.bz ?
