I'm having a panic attack please help me

2 years ago my dad died from an aggressive brain tumour. He was fit, working full time, playing squash and fully engaged in life before diagnose. Caring for him through his illness changed us all as a family, but the lasting change has been my views on euthanasia...

Age 42, recently bought my first pair of satin pyjamas. I always thought of these as the epitome of luxury. I wish I'd spoilt myself ages ago. Hard to learn how to prioritise yourself when u grew up poor.

One of the weirdest thing I've done recently is dug up my friends dead hamster only to discover he was very much alive.

Man this coughing virus is going on and on. Coughing so much I feel like I'm coughing my uterus out. Desperately trying to do pelvic floor excersises between the coughing fits.

The whole time I've thought I'd watched Catch Me If You Can, but I'd actually watched The Talented Mr. Ripley. Anyway, great movie!!!

Had a really great time at my sisters watching their robot vacuum. Really entertaining.

I plan to start a new diet in the new year; but between now and then I plan to gain another 2 pounds.

Just finished rewatching Doubt. Such a deep deep film. Ahead of it's time by miles.
Seeing Phillip Seymour Hoffman though- and remembering his amazing talent. What a brilliant actor, every facial expression, movement - delivered perfectly.

I think I just invented the best dessert sauce of all time. 1 tbsp Biscoff spread and 1tbp peanut butter. Melt together in microwave. Pour over ice cream.
PS I wonder if all my posts will end up being food related???

I might be a bit late to the Beef Bone Broth Brigade but it is amazing!! I've had it on the go in the slow cooker for 24 hours now and every so often I have a little ladle full. Between this and my shot of beetroot juice a day I will live forever!!
