had a good talk with friend who reminded me that while i can point to stuff i'm unhappy about, it isn't the cause of my depression. it's a genetic, episodic brain disorder that has very little in the way of triggers. making myself a forehead stamp that says "it is what it is motherfucker!"

Drawing a profile view has definitely been my wake up call. I need to do it more often.
This side view alone has taken around 2 hours and it’s not lined. I’ve just been cleaning up the sketch as much as I can.
