I've been cleared to run for about 3 weeks now and I'm finally back up to 3 miles of run/walk. I've still got a long way to go to be ready for the Marine Corps Marathon, but at least I've started on the road back... #runchat #treadmillrunning #couchtomarathon

Yesterday we did our annual walk to Arlington National Cemetery to visit my FIL. We usually do it in December, but I had to wait for my foot to be healed. Beautiful day, but cold and windy. Next up: prepping for lots of snow in hopes that we don't actually get any. (Shh, don't tell my teen.)

Dealing with a super tight left leg, plantar fasciitis, and stuck under an elderly cat. Ah well, there are worse ways to spend a Friday night. #cats
