Very interesting and important work from a referral #IBD center. 25% of patients who had proctocolectomy w IPAA for UC required ADT after surgery; refractory UC #colitis associated w⬆️risk (HR 6.1). IPAA for UC-neoplasia did not require advanced therapy pubmed.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/39540419/
