today I woke up and read onyx storm for 45 minutes and then logged on just in time for my 10 am meeting with my manager where I asked about the same stuff I’ve been asking about for 3 weeks but haven’t gotten yet. Then I sent a few emails before being so sleepy I had to nap for 3 hours.

bad fibro flare up day. I can’t stay awake even though I had 8 hours of sleep last night and 3 cups of coffee. violently nauseous. hoping I can sleep for a few hours and feel better but maybe I’ll just sleep through tomorrow
