Husband. Father. Skier. Sick and tired of being monetized. Looking to buck the algorithms and boycott the broligarchs. Concerned for our democracy.
The fact that this is happening in America right now makes the fall of the Roman Empire seem more understandable for some reason.

The kakistocracy runs strong in this administration.

Propagandists gotta propagandize. New campaign motto: “It’s the media, stupid.”

It’s going to get so much worse, Chris. We are living in a kakistocracy and the damage these charlatans are wreaking will take decades to undo.

There is strong likelihood that Trump will have a “let them eat cake” moment at some point in the coming months. See you at the Place de la Révolution!

Wait, is that Schrödinger's cat?

Indeed. We are now a kakistocracy.

The old guard must cede control of what’s left of the Democratic Party to the next generation. Current Leadership is anachronistic, demonstrating neither a working knowledge of where or how people obtain information, nor a clue as to how close we are to autocratic rule.

It not only stretches across all ideological aspects of the Party, it bridges between parties and levels of political engagement. Vets and farmers are outraged. Non-voters disapprove of Trump by an astonishing 83%. Meanwhile, Schumer and Carville wait for Trump to self-immolate as democracy burns.

We are slowly descending into a kakistocracy.

It’s shocking that the board of a prominent firm like S&C would take on such a representation. I hope they get stiffed.

Hey I just want to say that I appreciate your civil disobedience at the Huntington Beach city council meeting the other day.

Trump’s Gulf of America EO only changed the name within our own continental shelf, which extends a mere 22 nautical miles from the US coast. So why have Google and Apple changed the name of the entire Gulf? Inquiring minds want to know.

Sales pitches? What he’s doing is grifting and lying. Could we Democrats do better at communicating our messages? Sure. How about calls to action that are designed to thwart the grift, like boycotts, work stoppages, new media, and en masse stock sales (TSLA, GOOGL, META), to name a few?

Sophistry of the highest order.

So true. We should have regulated new media from the start. Algorithms are subliminally setting us against one another. It’s a digital civil war.

So true. We should have regulated new media from the start. Algorithms are setting family against family. It’s a digital civil war.
