Here is some food for thought: while federal agents continue to invade American cities to hunt down the so-called worst of the worst: any migrant who has 33 felony convictions on his or her record still has one fewer than the number of felony convictions by the occupant of the White House.

Coming to an online bookstore near you in March: "Left is Right." It's the second novel in the trilogy (now a quartet), and it has some surprises as well as some mean ol' nasties. Hats off to Ken Ellis for the cover and to @stoneycreekbooks.bsky.social for putting up with me.

Why is the Trump administration detaining green card holders without cause, blocking legal counsel, and refusing to tell families where they are?

Will Kim has lived here since he was five. He’s getting his PhD, researching a Lyme disease vaccine at Texas A&M—and ICE disappeared him at SFO.

So, if membership in a game automatically qualifies a person to be a candidate for deportation, then why aren’t members of the proud boys, the oath keepers, and the Aryan brotherhood being deported? And many of their members wear tattoos also.

Anton-7 wasn’t supposed to get involved, but when tragedy strikes, this alien is done observing. Sci-fi, satire, and Southern quirks collide in a debut that holds a mirror to America. Will we like what we see? #TexasAuthor #LoneStarLit #LoneStarLitLeft @lonestarlit.bsky.social @mcaggie.bsky.social

If you are forced to engage in self harm at the behest of your dear leader, then you might be in a cult.

Anton-7 would never cancel Jackie Robinson. Please consider reading my debut novel, “Left,” about a covert space alien left behind in Mississippi.

🛸 Anton-7 came to Earth to observe, not to stay. But after missing his ride home, he’s embracing the chaos of Southern hospitality, coffee, and Buc-ee’s. What happens when an alien meddles in human affairs? Find out in this sharp, witty sci-fi satire! @lonestarlit.bsky.social @mcaggie.bsky.social

An alien spy, a deep dive into Southern culture, and one bad decision that changes everything. This book is a genre-bending delight. My review: www.goodreads.com/review/show/... #LoneStarLit #LoneStarLitLeft @lonestarlit.bsky.social @mcaggie.bsky.social
