We're Hiring. Executive Director 14 hours per week (Part-Time, Hybrid) $36.00 per hour The Executive Director oversees operations, strategic planning, governance, communications, and fundraising activities while working closely with the Board of Directors and staff. Qualifications Proven experience in a leadership or executive role, ideally within a library or non-profit organization. Strong understanding of governance, strategic planning, and non-profit operations. Experience in program development, management, and evaluation. Excellent communication skills, including writing, public speaking, and social media. Knowledge of fundraising, grant writing, and budget management.
