While no one wants to argue for a pre-school to have to rebuild their fence, the violating fence height is a CLEAR visual hazard to bike lane on 12S.. The fancy lawyers claim "As you can see, the fence does not impede the sightlines at the intersection". I wish just once the BoZA cared about safety

@jerewoo.bsky.social , @neilkornutick.bsky.social , et. al. Curious your take on the zoning board of zoning appeals granting a variance for a pre-constructed 8ft fence in the ROW, that is a visual hazard obstructing oncoming cars, being that I should ask traffic to install a 4-way stop instead..
