Does anyone else wonder why the (Aus?) journalist decided to include K Rudd in his question to Trump?

Journalism, or to create controversy (click bait)? 🤔

Who was he and who does he work for?

I suddenly get a gas bill in the mail- been paperless for years.
I notice a $1.75 charge.
Contacted provider to explain. Call centre cannot, but said they would change.

I say… and the charge? Oh do I want it reversed? …ok.

Has anyone else suddenly got a paper bill? Check for fee. #auspol

So the RBA delays a 0.25% rate cut by one month and the media lead a frenzy of financial devastation.

For someone with a $500,000 mortgage, the delay will cost them an extra $100.

And have we seen any banks drop their rates a o the ahead to help their customers- nope!

Why is it that every service business wants to provide the lowest cost ( read: minimal resourcing to guarantee delays) BUT, love to survey you about likelihood to recommend them for their ‘excellence’!

Seriously deluded.🤔

Come on #abcnews, the Liberal party lost and you continue to put their reps on your shows .

Give it a rest!

Are we going to have three years of this crap!

So the Nationals (incl. those within the Qld LNP) total about 20 seats but EXPECT $20 billion fund to spend as they wish. That’s $1bn per electorate.

No wonder the same characters keep getting re-elected. 😳

It’s the price the Libs have to pay to (not) govern.

Can someone please advise or explain what this Lib and Nat ‘ non- coalition’ means for the combined Qld LNP party?

Do they now act as a unique unit or will/have they remained in coalition with Lib or Nats?

Thankyou.

Oh no….

Does this mean Pat, Dave and co. could be starting every statement with

“Tim says “ …..

for the next three years? 😵‍💫

From the get go let’s get everyone to understand this.

If the person saying what the believe Australia should be doing (for the good of everyone) is a billionaire, then it’s simply bullshit!

Dismiss it and do the opposite!

We only need to wait a week or so before David, Patricia and co. are able to resume their journalistic questioning style with …

“Agnus says …” or
“Sussssan says ….” or
“Danny says ….”

Ok so the election is over and the WOKE lefties are in charge for another three years.🙂

To ensure WOKENESS is fulfilled, can those who are ANTI-WOKE please define just one specific WOKE thing that you expect to see which will annoy you.

Please be specific. We need a list. 🙃

If we exclude the historical number of voters who need to vote early, the rest of them (millions) must be going away for the weekend.

Tourism is flourishing in a cost of living ‘crisis’ 🤔

Just why are so many pre-polling? Perhaps they should produce proof of their excuse .🙃

Are we all confident the voters know that the Liberals in Canada are the Labor party of Australia?

We wouldn’t want their lack of understanding to make them think they should vote ‘Liberal’ here, would we?

How do we make this clear?

First early polling day.

Am on a line of 60 people in front, with even more behind me.

Clearly my suburb’s voting booth on polling day will only need a 12 pack of sausages.🤪

If anyone was subject to a terror threat, I think that is disgusting.

Is it just the tiniest bit possible that there are so many allegeds and maybes in this that it may not be accurate or true?

The Australian ‘suggested’, yeah?

They can always retract if that’s not the case of course.

ABC bias continues.

You asked ‘spreadsheet Bridget’ three times about Trump and let her three times spruik the ‘anti-Labor’ fear story and you didn’t call her on it.

So she got a 3 minute free campaign ad of lies.

You should do better than that.

No, China have not been hit with 125% tariffs.
@abcnewsbot.bsky.social

The American public has been hit with a 125% increase on goods exported from China.

Stop making it sound like the export countries are the ones affected! You should make it clear who is being hurt, every time!

A humiliating backdown on an ideologically driven policy that would have hurt services, ppl working from home & pushed the ACT into recession.

I'll keep fighting against public service cuts but have no confidence Coalition won't keep attacking Canberra.

Coalition commits extraordinary about-face on 'end' to work from home
A Coalition promise to send public servants back to the office has been jettisoned, and plans to cut 41,000 Commonwealth jobs walked back significantly, in a mid-campaign backflip.

I have noticed there has been no mention of the NACC by any party in this election campaign?

Has it achieved anything? Or is everything still being assessed?

What can/ should we expect from either party?

WHY?

I’ m confused

Banks assess home loan applications to ensure they can manage up to 4.0% rate increases. I.e. if rate is 3.0%, they assess if you can afford at 7.00%

In recent years some have reached that increase, most have not. But yet, media says so many are in crisis.

Isn’t it a little sad that a budget which addresses the spend of more than $700 billion, has only the smallest portion $17 billion, (2.5%) under media focus.

Such a huge % of the voting population know so little ( and really don’t care) until just before they head to the polling both.

Why don’t we get on the front foot with ol’ matey and just say….

‘Thanks for the tariff. To save you any bother with paperwork, we will simply cancel exports. That should help you with less gov’t admin too.

We have others who will take up our surplus.

Lots of love - Australia.’
