This conviction led to the start of the short special-effects film series, "Fest Godzilla." The history of this battle has brought Godzilla, Hedorah, Gigan, Jet Jaguar, and King Ghidorah back to the world of ”TOKUSATSU”. Last year, 2024, which marked the 70th anniversary of Godzilla's birth, the culmination of the series, 『Fest Godzilla 5: Great Monster Battle』, enveloped the venue in a whirlpool of excitement and concluded with a brilliant finale. Since I thought the series had concluded, I was a bit puzzled. But looking back, I wondered if I hadn't become too constrained by the 'Fest Godzilla style.' If I could shoot it one more time, I wanted to try new challenges. One was setting the stage in a real-life location. The other was composing the film in a single shot. This is the reborn Fest Godzilla, newly starring Millennium Godzilla. Please look forward to it! Director Kazuhiro Nakagawa - Profile Born in Nara Prefecture in 1986, Kazuhiro Nakagawa is a film director. While participating as an assistant director on works like 『Shin Godzilla』 ('16) under Shinji Higuchi and Takashi Miike, he was selected for the ndjc: New Directors Cultivation Project and directed 『Sayonara, Diamond』 ('18). His main directorial works include the 『Fest Godzilla』series ('19~) and 『Ultraman Blazar』 ('23), as well as a wide range of other genres, including 『Double』('22), 『Hakubo no Chronicle』, and 『Riko, the Mass Production Type』 ('24).
