Weinig wetgeving beroert meer de gemoederen dan de zogenoemde zorgplichtwet, die Europese bedrijven verantwoordelijk maakt voor misstanden bij toeleveranciers. De EVP wil de wetgeving verder afzwakken.

Op een moment dat de roep luidt klinkt om meer te investeren in defensie vanwege instabiliteit, is het dom om te besparen op ontwikkelingssamenwerking.
