Deleted my Facebook app. I was starting to find that every interaction on there led to frustration and disappointment in humanity, and that was effecting my daily life attitude. Don’t need that shit. Too much good stuff to focus on

Ohhhh yeah!
My first time cooking a London broil.
Started with a half hour pineapple juice tenderizing bath, then did a pepper and allspice rub, seared it, then roasted it up!
Got a pineapple tamarind fish sauce reduction to top it off!
And of course asparagus and potatoes:)

Steam cleaning is so gratifying! Some before and after of the nasty syrup spilled soda mechanical setup. Ngl id lick it now
