Greenie is happy being himself. He's the caterpillar who doesn't want to become a butterfly. There have been many friends who have moved on without him and life can be lonely, but Greenie won't do what makes him uncomfortable just to satisfy social pressures.

Just ordered, can't wait to go through it. As with the first two installments, it helps to make some sense of everything from the bizarre to the downright evil, there being so much of it in those 14 years that it is hard to remember every detail.
