I don't agree with the kill the IDF chants as it actually has a negative impact on those trying to hi-lite the atrocities of what is happening. However hurty words should be less of an issue than genocide and indiscriminate killing of innocent civilians.

As I sit in the office trying not to fall asleep the question remains was it worth getting up at 0330 to see Arsenal beat City 5-1. The answer as always is an empahtic yes, the adrenaline will keep me pumped long into the day.

It is very apparent that the media has been successful in turning normal people against normal people and having them do the bidding for billionaires. Change for the better will unlikely happen in my lifetime

What a performance we all know how well the forwards played but for me Partey and Raya were superb. In fact all 11 played incredibly well.
