I think the data shows that the NHS getting better at managing failing buildings. Two years ago, I wrote about the NHS Estates (ERIC) data for 2022, when backlog maintenance costs topped £10bn. This year? Backlog has reached £13.8bn, with high and moderate risk items nearing £10bn alone. -> Thread
