Another illustration based on an idea I had for a story. Just like the last one, this one is set in Victorian times. It's about an English aristocrat who becomes infected with an extraterrestrial parasite, which begins to gradually unravel reality around him.

Posting this unfinished piece because why not #hades #persephone #mythology

There's a yellow/orange shining waxing crescent moon on the upper right side of the painting and the Sceptre of Hades. There is also a skull, candles and pomegranates next to them. The entire composition has a warm tone.
