I wish quality healthcare was affordable (or even more accessible). I wish there was someone competent leading the department of HHS. I wish I wasn’t in pain all of the time. I wish wasn’t so afraid of the uncertainty surrounding the future (mine and the country’s). I wish I could go back to work!!!

Wow all my effort is finally starting to pay off and I was finally able to do the walking route I used to do before my surgery. It’s been nearly a year! The dog and I are very happy right now

I didn’t realize how great Pilates would be and how helpful it is for strengthening my hypermobile body but I have been converted. Ofc a lot of the exercises have been modified so I don’t hurt myself more but it’s awesome. I love it and my core is so strong now and I don’t trip nearly as much either

I mean the celtics def have their moments of stupidity but imo losing games by a couple of points is manageable… like we didn’t have dwhite or al and we lost by 2 to the 2nd best team in the west idk guys I’m still not ready to freak out yet. I think joe is just trying things with diff lineups

Yoooo I’m so stoked on physical therapy today because she does this thing at the end where she lightly pushes down on the front of my shoulder and it puts it back in place in the joint. A high I’m always chasing tbh
