Methinks that the dust from my heater/AC has aggravated the shit out of my lungs. Come to think of it, the filters on that thing haven't been cleaned since uh... last Winter. My old housekeeper used to do that. Anyway, that was two housekeepers ago now. Guess I gotta do that now too.

Got some Arby's after my doctor visit today. Got a beef & cheddar combo. The drink I ordered (theoretically Dr. Pepper) tasted absolutely foul. I dunno what went wrong there but I didn't take more than one sip. It was like fuckin' sewage in a cup. Didn't taste like a Dr. Pepper, that's for sure.

The thing that gets me about ARC’s use of fully generated barks, as well as in The Finals, is that the juice is absolutely not worth the squeeze in a game that is unquestionably high effort. Like it sounds bad because there isn’t a human performance to ground it.
For Arc Raiders to ride the wave of human sociability all the way to the bank, while also being so contemptuous of the thing that makes us social animals in its own workflow demonstrates a lack of artistic integrity that I find impossible to ignore.

Ultrasound on my elbow was disappointingly uniformative. It's just a dark mass, basically a void of no clear material composition. They're not inclined to cut it out either. They wanted to throw me in an MRI machine but I have ferrous metal inside of me so I vetoed that.

Tried the new Repo update and one of the new monsters is this horrible thing made out of heads. It throws the heads, whereupon they explode, leaving behind a cloud of radioactive gas. The heads can also see, so if you're hiding under, say, a table they can see you. It appears in level ONE.

For the first time in my life I am not happy to see Mr. Spaghetti. This is bc it's midnight and a few hours before the first freeze of the year. His owner's apartment is dark and they got this poor guy out here? I'm strongly considering a short-term kidnapping to keep this little guy warm.

Gotta reopen a new tab for this site from time to time. I keep forgetting that Bluesky does not play nicely with the browser forward and backward buttons the way that Twitter does. Using either button, at least for me, causes this site to have a hardcore freakout. Doesn't behave as expected.

My Mother has asked me to recommend a new PC (prebuilt) for her. Apparently she couldn't follow the video by the buff furry concerning how to activate the Win 10 extended support thingie.
Anyway, I gotta figure that out. Guess I'll ask around.

Started in on my new meds. Apparently it is more ideal to take one in the morning and one at night so they don't precisely overlap at peak concentrations. They're just two different statins but hopefully they'll help this whole cholesterol nonsense without killing my liver or kidneys too badly.

Well, this is the end for me. I'm at the Walgreens trying to get my new meds and it turns out they've been sent to the wrong fucking Walgreens. As such I am now slow roasting in a car. It has been real. I will now suggest some sauce pairings for consuming my roasted flesh.
