New cropped detail of work on canvas. I recently spent a few months working with pastels in paper. love the lush texture pastels leave when layered and applied thickly. I’m going to be experimenting with some ways to bring these qualities into my work with wet media.

Concern, gratitude and respect for our climate, indigenous populations and farmers fill my heart.
