Our hearts are asking us to not be bystanders to our lives. There’s an intentionality required to this and simply breathing for 24 hours isn’t sufficient. Being alive isn’t the threshold right now. We have to choose what we’re going to step into. [latest newsletter is now up!]

In qigong this morning, I was just 'noticing' in one of the moves (wise owl turns its head). And I noticed there was more restriction turning my head one direction than the other.
