It's devastating. Twitter also contains different circles of people from various eras of my life: theatre/film/tv (I got jobs b/c of Twitter!), science folks both from when I did my degree & was a BBC reporter, & now disabled community. All disconnected & regrouping in different places 😫
twitter was a super useful tool (not to mention resource for literal revolutions??) but also I have friends on there I’ve known for like a decade and idk if I’ll ever see some of them again
