The reward of a few good runs.
An amazing speed/interval run today for me. I loved every second of it. The coaching on Nike run app was fantastic. 90 minutes of each interval. 5k, 10k then a 8/9 speed. Pretty hot out, but I feel amazing!! Off to happy hour now with my sister!! 🍸 #running #runnergirl #intervalrun #nikerunclub
