Missed that the Grauniad reviewed Bog People, favourably, back in November.

Myself and Mr Hine would like it known that we bear no ill will towards ms Frances Crawford and her TITLE-STEALING debut novel, and wish it well when it debuts next year.
I mean hers is just A bad bad place, ours is THE bad bad place, so it's fine. It's all fine....

Aaaargh jesus we're buggered.
Well. I wasn’t expecting to feel this level of horror before 10am today but there we go.
Saw this video of Tristan Harris on Diary of a CEO sharing what AI-tech bros have shared regarding their motivations pursuing this technology. It’s horrifying.

These tech ghouls have us all on a suicide mission because of their EGOS. 🫠

Anyone wondering whether to pull the trigger on Clown In A Cornfield on Prime and questioning whether it fulfils its title remit can rest assured that, as of 50 minutes in, it has delivered clowns and cornfields aplenty.

Like it says, I'll be in Harrogate this weekend for @thoughtbubbleuk.bsky.social 2025.
I've got half a table, (C20a) between Sam Hart and Sean Azzopardi's Phatprint Comics, where I'll be flogging the new comic 'MAGICAL' amongst other things.
Hope to see you there.

' Magical' is a (cough) delightful A5 fairytale comic out just in time to ruin your Christmas.
It'll be at Thought Bubble and Gosh and the Cartoon Museum soonish.

It's out!
And it is a thing of disconcerting beauty.
Should be available from all proper book emporiums today. Read and enjoy and spread the word.
