Volgens mij weet jij niet wat het zelfbeschikkingsrecht is en hoe het werkt. In ieder geval geeft het zelfbeschikkingsrecht een volk niet de vrijheid om mensenrechten te schenden, zoals het verbod op rassendiscriminatie.

In haar column stelt Aylin Bilic dat de kloof tussen GroenLinks-PvdA en de VVD juist groter is geworden over Israël.

Dat is feitelijk onjuist. De programma’s van beide partijen laten juist zien dat de afstand kleiner is geworden.

Alle argumenten van de Israël-supporters zijn óf drogredenen, óf leugens, óf allebei. Palestijnen hebben recht op een staat in 100% van de bezette gebieden, zo heeft het Internationaal Gerechtshof in 2024 verklaard. Dit recht is niet afhankelijk van het aantal vlaggen dat Koopmans in Marokko ziet.
