I am very excited to announce a special liveset and album release. Mr. "S1gns Of L1fe", Chris Bryant visited Wuppertal and we recorded a Space Ambient liveset, which we will release on Sunday evening. The music of the liveset will be released on Bandcamp once the premiere started.

I am honored to receive the Schallwelle award "best artist national" for the second time in a row. More important than the awards was the chance to meet so many other artists, fans and supporters of the electronic music scene at the ceremony. I am happy to be a part of this community.

The new album "Transience" by @chuckvanzyl is a Berlin School masterclass and I could not get the sequences of the track "First Frost" out of my head today. So I decided to record a little cover version today!

The new step sequencer "Stepwise" is a powerful tool to create interesting polyphonic and polymetric sequences in @bitwig.bsky.social 5.3. In this clip one instance controls Pigments and another one Diva. Pad in the background is from the Osmose.

@distrokid.com now forces me to enter specific artist and production credits, when I upload a new album. Since there is no "I did it all on my own" option to choose from, I expect our cats to receive royalties soon for their extraordinary performance on the cowbell and as assisting audio engineer.

Today I learned how to operate the xox sequencer in Bitwig, and took a deeper dive into the Super-6 sound design. Not sure, if this ambient-techno-ish music makes any sense, but at least Neptun had a good time.
