We can hope so, but the US doesn't even recognize International law, the ICC, or the ICJ except for when it's extremely convenient for US politics. I'm not going to hold my breath cuz this would have been quite a shock for them to support even under whoever would be the most left-leaning president

It’s not that we didn’t want the shutdown to end, it’s the fact that millions of people suffered throughout this shutdown and it was for nothing. That’s the most upsetting part.
