Hopelijk dringt het nu door: door Israël actief of passief te steunen, overtreedt Nederland zijn verplichtingen onder het internationaal recht. Daarmee is het land medeplichtig aan ernstige schendingen van het humanitair oorlogsrecht, inclusief oorlogsmisdaden en genocide.
Commissie oordeelt snoeihard: Nederland is juridisch verplicht Israël aan te pakken
Eigen ambtenaren raadden minister Veldkamp aan om een adviescommissie in te schakelen over Israël en Gaza, maar die deed dat niet. Nu ligt dat advies er alsnog.

Hopelijk dringt het nu door: door Israël actief of passief te steunen, overtreedt Nederland zijn verplichtingen onder het internationaal recht. Daarmee is het land medeplichtig aan ernstige schendingen van het humanitair oorlogsrecht, inclusief oorlogsmisdaden en genocide.
