If there’s any justice in this world, the National Park Service will someday help Americans remember and learn from those dark days in our past when we almost lost our democracy.

The chaos, suffering, and destruction are self-inflicted, and the long-term costs will be staggering.
If a foreign adversary snuck into our Federal budget and cut science research and education the way we’re cutting it ourselves — strategically undermining America’s long-term health, wealth, and security — we would likely consider it an act of war.

The GOP wanted to impeach Biden for a fake $5M bribe from Ukraine that was made up by a guy sitting in prison for lying about it, but they’re cool with a $400M plane from Qatar. Do I have that right?

Can you imagine what would happen if a Democratic president pulled this stunt with, say, Notre Dame or Liberty University? The magaverse would have a total meltdown.
