Utd have drawn Arsenal away in the FA Cup, they will be favourites in that tie for obvious reasons. We’ve enjoyed FA cup success over the Gunners and endured disappointment too. Utd played Arsenal twice in 1999 in the semi final, I was at both games with my son, epic is a good description. #mufc

It was last March when I last saw Utd play Everton on one of my rare visits to Old Trafford (see my profile photos). I stopped going in 2005 (that year should resonate with Utd fans). The score that day was 2-0, but Everton
had their chances early on in the game. On Sunday post Ten Hag, Utd won 4-0

Another Everton story (I’m spoiling you today). Some pals of mine travelled to Goodison Park in the 70s. They were 14 or 15 at that time. They ended up in the Gwladys St End, they had to be escorted out of that end by the cops.

Utd play Everton today at Old Trafford. I recall Utd losing 4-0 at home to Forest in the 70s. Next game on Boxing Day, we travelled to Goodison Park and won 6-2. A Lou Macari strike was hit so hard it bounced back out of the rigging & hit George Wood on the back of his head. #mufc

Can anyone define “the Utd way” of playing? My definition: moving the ball quickly, two wingers who are quick & skilful. The team plays with passion that matches the fans own passion. The players must be willing to sacrifice themselves to the Utd cause. #mufc
