If the recent Switch 1 Direct proved anything, it's that seemingly dead franchises can be brought back at a moment's notice. If Tomodachi Life can return, then F Zero, Star Fox and Kid Icarus can certainly make a comeback.

Nintendo silently confirming a brand new Mario Kart for Switch 2 instead of simply doing another re-skin of Mario Kart 8 is a huge win in my opinion

However, there is precedent based on past history. The Switch 1 was revealed on October 20th, 2016 on the same day that Mario Party Star Rush released on the 3DS in Japan. So while a reveal this week is definitely possible, I'm not too optimistic. We'll see what happens, though. (2/2)

Hearing from podcast host NatheTheHate that the Switch successor is supposedly being revealed this week, specifically on Thursday the 16th. I personally don't think that makes sense because of Donkey Kong Country Returns HD coming out that day, but you never know with Nintendo these days lol (1/2)

NGL, the time I've spent so far with NBA 2K25 is actually kind of getting me to start following the NBA as a whole again instead of just the Raptors. Oh, and Dragon Quest 3 HD 2D Remake is awesome

Here's my Boxing Day loot for this year. Note that even though the Assassin's Creed Mirage case is for the Deluxe edition, the disc is actually the standard version due to the actual Deluxe version not being available. Also wanted to get Dragon Quest 3 HD 2D Remake but it wasn’t available
