I just finished the first of the Dungeon Crawler Carl novels. So good. A few chapters in, I wasn't sure about it. I could see why people were enjoying it and recommending it, but I wasn't sure it was for me. It felt maybe a little too silly a meta. But by chapter 6 I was hooked.💙📚🪐

This was a great book to finish off the year with, and one that felt particularly apt given how hot it has been.
One of the things I'm most proud of this year is my book trailer, which I created myself. I have reposted it on YouTube, and while it has fewer views than a windowless house... it deserves to go Mr Beast numbers. So come on Bluesky make this go viral!!
