Ruben Amorim spoke well in his first MUFC press conference. He was clear, confident and relaxed.
This is the honeymoon period when there's significant goodwill for any new coach to succeed.
He needs the players not only to buy into his ideas, but be able enough to execute them.

It's mad to think that arguably the best football United have played since SAF retired was at a time when barely anyone could watch them live. If nothing else, I'm hoping for the rest of the season that Amorim can bring that kind of excitement back. #MUFC

I can see both sides of this argument. But I wasn't especially triggered by it. They might have pre-agreed the trip with the club. Perhaps it would've been better to stay and train. But I get it. Criticism generates interactions, one way or another. #MUFC
