I’m guessing I’m the last to know this but I saw an Insta post by a chef who was peeling a potato & casually said “yes I’m using the fork trick” and I’ve just tried it and it’s SO MUCH EASIER!!
Usually I’m slipping and either dropping the spud or nearly gouging my fingers!
