So 10.am today I will be seeing my husband for the last time. I miss him so much and still can't believe he's passed. I've been in denial the last few weeks, and I know when I see him after today it will only be in my memories.💔

So today we took a trip down to the next town from us, it was market day. The photo is of the market in the 1950s it was always packed and a tight grip was held on to the hands of children or anyone you were with.
Today we saw a few people walking through, a few stalls and lots of parked vans.

So storm Darragh didn't flood us Yippee. Stressed since Friday's yellow warning. And today's Amber warning.
Still trying to work out how we got flooded 2 weeks ago and not this weekend? 🤔

So tonight I'm going "Out Out"...
Nothing to do with any alcohol it'll probably be tea & biscuits and a church.
My eldest daughter is in a choir and it's a Christmas carol concert. I'll let you know how it turns out.
Hopefully the sound system won't kill my ears. 🥴

So it's been dark and dingy here today! Not seen a glimpse of the sun at all!

We give up on buying coats for Jimmy Choo again. Another arrived today but wouldn't go around his fat belly 🙈

Some photos of the flooding. My daughter's partner talking to us through the living room window. We couldn't open the door just in case the water came in. It was worse in 2020 and reached the second step on the stairs indoors.

So the street got flooded again! Luckily neighbours from further down got us up and we got the floodgate up.
It came right up to the front door then the pump from the pumping station got switched on and the water receded. It came up through the pipes and flooded the back yard. So lucky!
