I squatted 225 for the first time today 👀
Work is making me want to cry but I almost squatted 225 today (gonna try for it next week) and the MacroFactor Workout app came out so I guess the day wasn’t all bad

This week I felt like I was getting pretty comfortable with the effort I was outputting so I decided to push myself and I hit a PR on pretty much everything. I’m particularly proud of my pendulum and lunges. Last time I did 90 on pendulum I had a spotter to push me and this time I did it by myself!

I’m thriving at the gym this week. Really making an effort to push myself harder than ever, trying to get good squat depth without being scared, 150lb leg curls, 520lb calf raises, 205lb leg extensions and RDLs and 280lb hip thrusts today.

I’m thriving at the gym this week. Really making an effort to push myself harder than ever, trying to get good squat depth without being scared, 150lb leg curls, 520lb calf raises, 205lb leg extensions and RDLs and 280lb hip thrusts today.
Felt strong, hit a few PRs today. Got a new tank top. Good day.

When I first warped this project it was hot I was stressed and I made a mess. I then quickly abandoned it and haven’t touched it in months. This week I decided I’m going to fix that so I troubleshooted my warp issues, my tension was a mess, my threads were tangled and broken. Fixed it and we’re off!

Wow ended the day with 2 calories left and only needing 7grams of protein. I even had a funnel cake today. Being back at maintenance calories is so nice
