I finally finished the back panel for my Timberline Cardigan! I’m absolutely obsessed with these cables. I can’t wait to be able to wear it soon! I just need the front panels and the collar and then I’ll be done #knitting #knitsky #cableknits

Just wanted to share some updated progress pics. I’m really proud of my progress in 5 months. I’ve lost about 20 lbs and I’m super happy with my progression so far. I’m back up to my maintenance calories and I’m excited to start getting my strength back after being in a deficit

This week I started focusing on eating at my maintenance calories and prioritizing my protein again and it’s crazy how much of a difference 500 cal can make you feel. It’s only been 4 days but I’m thriving
