I’m halfway through Shenmue 1 (PS4 remaster). It’s impressive given the time the OG came out. The stiff movement & camera took a while to get used to but they don’t bother me that much anymore. Progression is somewhat all over the place though. There’s a lot of dead air even with doing side stuff.

I’m halfway through Shenmue 1 (PS4 remaster). It’s impressive given the time the OG came out. The stiff movement & camera took a while to get used to but they don’t bother me that much anymore. Progression is somewhat all over the place though. There’s a lot of dead air even with doing side stuff.
Just 9 more houses to run credits in the Animal Crossing DLC and I’ll finally be free (unless it gets another update 😅)

Beat the Pragmata Demo on Switch 2. Outside of some blurry shadows and hair textures, I’m surprised how well this game is looking and even more impressed that it is running at 60fps. Seems that the finished product is shaping to be good to great.

Finished the Control AWE (Alan Wake) DLC. It’s good. I can only imagine how hype must’ve been seeing the tease for Alan Wake II. The second to last boss fight was a pain in the ass. I really like the game’s horror vibe. I felt it more playing this.

Finished the Control AWE (Alan Wake) DLC. It’s good. I can only imagine how hype must’ve been seeing the tease for Alan Wake II. The second to last boss fight was a pain in the ass. I really like the game’s horror vibe. I felt it more playing this.

Since I own on PS5 most of the games announced & that I’m very choosy when double dipping with games, this Partner Direct was on the lowkey side for me.
However, had I been a Switch 2 only guy, I’d be struggling a lot to keep up with everything coming out. Overall, this slate of games’ strong.

For some reason, I’ve been playing multiple games at the same time instead of just focusing on one. It’s a weird feeling. Are these games not grabbing me enough to just want to play them uninterrupted? Or is it life making in hard to focus on a single thing?

I’m sure it had been said a lot but man, the Switch 2 version of FFVII Remake is jaw-dropping good. Even at 30fps, it just feels super smooth.

I also started my third playthrough of Final Fantasy VII Remake with the Switch 2 Version. Gotta say, this game, flaws and all, is still very magical. I’m hooked again.

When the Animal Crossing NH DLC dropped, I was burned out and did not play much of it. Gotta say though, the new update got my right back in. I’m determined to roll credits in the DLC and max out whatever’s needed for the hotel.

I beat the original Fire Emblem Warriors. Had fun overall but it did not grab me enough to plunge 80+ hours on it like I did with all Hyrule Warriors games.
