As a senior festival and event operations volunteer who works on the public safety side, we depend on these free online FEMA ICS courses to teach others how to manage emergent human operations at scale. This deleted course was literally on the syllabus of a safety summit I’m attending next weekend.
FEMA has wiped their website of a bunch of courses- one of which is: IS-368.a—Including People With Disabilities in Disaster Operations
If it wasn't clear yet- these people aren't just ideological, they are barbaric.
