Again, this intersects with other labour market inequalities. Disabled BME women are the most likely to be on a ZHC - three times more likely than non-disabled white men.

Disabled employees are paid £2.35 per hour less than non-disabled employees.

The disability pay gap intersects with the gender pay gap: median hourly pay for disabled women is £4.05 less than it is for non-disabled men.
