Few months a I discussed Arrighi's "Long 20th century" speculating if it will be that easy for China to become the new imperium. What we need to have AI working for people (not the opp) on EU level is the precautionary principle which should work exactly the same way as pharmaceutical or pesticides acceptance process - BEFORE introducing to market should prove safety for humans and planet. No balancing #aiactionsummit #roost
