In the depths of mid winter when I look out into the garden and it’s a cold, damp barren place and the lawn is too wet to even walk on. I have to keep reminding myself in a few weeks it will start to comeback to life and in a few months it will look like this again.

So Le Tour 2027 is coming to Liverpool. Probably a sprint finish along The Strand. Looking forward to that already. Me and my mate John might be too old to ride like those guys do. Or even anything close to it. But we’ll be up there on our bikes with the kit on.
