Isn't corporate DEI basically Human Resources pretending to run a social justice movement?

How can so many stand by silently when capitalist market discipline kills people, homelessness, despair, the health insurance scam, but lose it when people start to kill capitalists hoping it will discipline other capitalists when nothing else seems to work?
