Tried Googles notebooklm.google.com yet?

Thought I'd try feeding in some docs into it about "Effectice LLM Agents".

Two really cool Notebooklm features:

1. It allows you two generate a mini podcast of two AI hosts
2. The Interactive Mode lets you ask questions while the agents talk 🤯

Are you a developer that converts designs into UIs?

If so, do this especially if you haven't before.

👉Take a design and screenshot a feature
👉Feed that screenshot into bolt.new and ask it to generate the feature

How close did it get?

We all have some serious soul searching to do in '25.
Salesforce, which recently announced plans to hire 2,000 AI agent salespeople, says it may not hire software engineers this year. AI agents are boosting engineer productivity so much they claim no new hires are needed.

Is this the industry targeting jobs to replace or just AI hype?
Salesforce is "seriously debating" software engineer hires in 2025 due to the "incredible productivity gains" from agentic AIs
Salesforce CEO Marc Benioff says the company might not hire software engineers in 2025, while Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella foresees a "swarm of AI agents" complementing workers soon.

2025 hey? 🤯

Slowly getting back into the swing of things. Slowly getting out of holiday mode.

Been tinkering with a few different workflows for my TeaMegaList directory.

Trying a new meta prompt for generating images and man, do the images look good.

Is there a AA for domain name buyers?

Just bought braindumply.com... 🧠

Looks like @stackblitz.com has now released their official @supabase.com integration.

Might have to give it a test run tomorrow.

Conversation that I had tonight.

Person: The rules have changed.
Me: Ok, what are the new rules?
Person: We can't tell you
Me: Who can?
Person: This other person
Me: Cool, when can they tell me about the rule changes?
Person: We don't know. We're working on it...

🤦‍♂️😕😠

Gemini 2.0 is out, and there's a ton of interesting stuff about it. From my testing it looks like Gemini 2.0 Flash may be the best currently available multi-modal model - I upgraded my LLM plugin to support that here: github.com/simonw/llm-g...

Googles Gemini 2.0 with Grounding just blew my mind.

Been collecting the data for a number of directory sites I'm building and its taking time.

As a test, I just used Gemini 2.0 to do a search for all the coastal suburbs in NSW, and in seconds, I've got the data.

Imagine the possibilities... 🤯

Uploaded my latest Youtube video. 🎥

In this one, "I Build a Directory Site using "Free Tiers" in v0, Bolt, Loveable and Replit".

Aim was to discover which platform gives you the most bang for buck!

Growing the channel, so a like, comment and subscribe would be amazing. 🙏

Just a quick PSA.

Not all Australian wildlife wants to kill you.

Some are like this little nutter.

If your ever wondering what the different is between X and Bsky.

Its support from fine folks like this. 🙇

Likes might not seem like much but hey, its a tiny push in the right direction.

Any alternatives to SerpAPI out there?

Looking for something a bit more cost effective that can return Google Places data.
December 5, 2024 at 2:06 PM
You know, I sometimes forget that its often easier and faster, just to write an old fashioned JavaScript script to collect and process a bunch of data.

Going to go live for a bit.

Tonights mission is to collect data for a Greater Sydney Dog Park Directory Site.

Lets see what we can pull together in an hour.

For all my fellow #frontenders. @kulkarniankita.com just posted an honest review of TanStack Start vs Next.js.

Worth having a watch.

One of these days I really need to give TankStack a solid try.

Have you see Web Awesome?
I’ve been giving the alpha a try and really love how great it feels to use.

I’ve been sprinkling som of the components in my Svelte projects and it feels great. 2025 is the year I’ll consume more web components.

Part 2 in next skeet since bsky has short videos.

Talk about disappointment. 😔

Using Ancestry to track down family members that we lost track of during WWII.

I found an "Avid Genealogist" that has contact with my Great Grandmothers sisters family who live in Australia! 🤯

I sent the guy WWII photos, docs, etc.

And the guy doesn't want to help. 😡

Hey everyone, going to live on Twitch at www.twitch.tv/codewithmarcin .

Going to do a bit of a comparison between v0.dev, bolt.new and loveable.dev.

If your bored. Pop in and save hi.

Can try out a few things as well.

Looks nice and clean.

And yeah, absolutely hate how annoying it is to calculate fees just based of the information on some of the pricing pages going around.
