2 days into this cold/flu thing. All I did was one tour back at work and boom. Two spring break students on the boat and I'd put money on it being one of them who got me sick.

I really need to start looking into whether a show has been renewed or canceled before I watch it and become emotionally invested. What do you mean @netflix.com ended Territory on a cliffhanger like that and didn't renew for Season 2???

Yesterday was my birthday and it was a pretty great day despite spending 2 hrs in the hospital to confirm I do not in fact have a fractured elbow, but it is a torn tendon. So wearing a brace and banned from firewood and heavy usage for a while.

This tiny thorn has been stuck in the side of my thumb for weeks. I tried a few times, unsuccessfully to get it out and it kept working itself deeper. Finally dug/popped it out today. Already feels so much better.
