Les bureaux franciliens se vident de plus en plus, atteignant le record de 6,2 millions de m² vides. Cela représente plus de 10% du parc immobilier dans le secteur de l’entreprise. Cette tendance s’observe depuis 2020, année de la pandémie de Covid-19 et de l’expansion du télétravail. Pourtant, les investissements continuent d’augmenter.

Draußen windet’s auch in #Paris gehörig. Aber wohl nichts im Vergleich zur Küste am #Ärmelkanal, wo schon Böen von bis zu 170km/h gemessen wurden. Hoffentlich werden sich die Schäden von #Goretti in Grenzen halten; vor allem die menschlichen. Die Nacht ist noch lang.
