I'm going to go a step further and say you, as an individual chatter, need to establish a normal baseline in order to be playful/ jokey. If a streamer only ever sees you as someone who insults and teasing, you will look like an asshole.
Casual PSA:
Every interaction you have with a streamer shouldn't default to playful bullying 24/7. Because after a while it doesn't seem like playful banter anymore.
Take a break from the "booli the streamer" once in a while and just vibe and chat with them.
